Really appreciate the excellent after-sales service from Magnificent Living Concept.

It has been 10 years since our renovation, and recently we had an issue with a choked basin. I was honestly surprised and very grateful when Aldrick personally came down to help rectify the problem — at no cost.

To me, this speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to their customers. Most renovation companies would probably consider a project from 10 years ago long completed, but Magnificent Living Concept still took the time to help.

The workmanship and service have always been good, but what impressed me most is that they continue to stand by their customers even after so many years. That kind of after-sales service and genuine care is really hard to come by.

Thank you, Aldrick and the team, for going the extra mile. Highly recommended! 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful experience with our ID, Rui Xuan, during our kitchen renovation. She was committed, responsible, and always made sure things were well coordinated throughout the renovation.

Her coordination with the different vendors was excellent, and she kept everything moving smoothly. We were especially happy that our kitchen was completed and handed back to us earlier than expected.

A big thank you to all the team members involved, including the carpentry, electrical, hacking, plumbing, quartz, and sintered stone teams. Everyone was professional, hardworking, and committed to delivering good-quality work.

We truly appreciate Rui Xuan and the entire team for their effort and dedication in making our renovation a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you, everyone!

Thank you for the awesome renovation work done! Everything was on time and I managed to get my house ready even much earlier. Will definitely recommend it to my friends! Good pricing and Aldrick was prompt in responding to my queries! He is really helpful and will provide me with value-added services... He did some of my minor stuff without charging me additional cost too! Thank you so much once again~ 🙏

Finally got down to posting this well deserved review for boss Shernice and her shifu Ken. Shernice and naturally friendly with prompt responses, so dealing with her is stress free and pressure free. Very good vibes. Reading back on our chats, I can't help but to laugh and smile. I did some simple Reno for kitchen, feature wall, shower screen, hacking, cove and pelmet, plus electricals. Throughout the whole Reno, communication was prompt and clear, and any minor hiccups were quickly clarified, followed up and rectified. The final outcome turned out as I had imagined. Very happy and satisfied with my home now, and I'll also trust that anyone handing over the Reno work to Shernice will be in good hands.
