Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new sales leads and convert them into successful renovation projects.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations; maintain follow-ups with clients.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements and space planning.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and propose creative interior concepts.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to oversee renovation project timelines and quality.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC, or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields preferred.
  • No formal education? No worries — we welcome driven individuals with strong design instincts and sales potential.
  • Highly motivated, committed, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant, client-first attitude.
  • Creative flair with attention to detail; ability to visualize concepts in 3D.
  • Able to follow through from initial design to project completion.

Senior Interior Designer

Job Details:

We’re seeking experienced and visionary Senior Interior Designers to lead renovation projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage your own leads and clients for renovation projects.
  • Prepare sales proposals, design concepts, and presentations with minimal supervision.
  • Lead discussions with clients on spatial planning, materials, and finishing.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide design guidance to junior designers and support their growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and renovation sales.
  • Strong portfolio across residential, commercial, or F&B projects is highly preferred.

  • Able to work independently and lead project teams when needed.
